    This scene is from right off of Key Highway. The ship is the decommissioned USCG Hornbeam, a 180 Iris Class Cutter, which was built in 1944 and used for buoy tending. It had been there for about two years, and people thought it was a Russian Mob Ship or CIA spy ship.
